摘要
提出调度员培训模拟器 (DTS)中的培训评估问题 ,并给出其应该实现的目标。在分析几种评估方案的基础上 ,提出新颖的基准分难度系数法扣分制 ,自动实现给学员 (Trainee)打分 ,最后提出改进方案———模糊综合评价 。
In this paper, the problem of trainee evaluation in dispatcher training simulator (DTS) is raised,and the objects of evaluation are described. Based on analyses of several evaluation plans, difficulty coefficient subtraction method is presented, which can give the scores of trainees. Furthermore, an improved method, fuzzy synthetic evaluation, is presented. By these methods the intelligent trainee evaluation is realized.
