摘要
介绍和分析了高压异步电机的故障原因 ,提出了状态监测及故障诊断方法。不同类型的故障 ,其振动频谱、电机供电电流、转矩和磁场中的频率成分不同 ,推导了故障类型和频谱之间的关系 ,给出了有关试验结果 ,尤其是不同负载时的转子和轴承故障的情况。可作为高压异步电机的故障诊断手段 ,亦可作为查找故障的技术 ,有利于高压电机的维护。
The failure causes of high voltage asynchronous electric machine are introduced and analyzed.Some methods of state monitoring and fault diagnosis are put forward.Of different faults,the vibration spectrum,electric current,torque and frequency in magnetic field are different.The relation between fault type and spectrum is seduced.Some test results are given,especially for the faults of rotator and bearing under different loads.These methods help to find the faults and improve the maintenance of HV electric machine.
