指出TMIS建设是当前铁路信息化建设的核心,阐述了发挥TMIS整体效益、加快剩余工程建设、为TMIS建设创造良好环境的重要性和措施。
The article pointed out that building of TMIS is the core for the building of railway information-based technology at present. The importance and measures for bringing into play the overall benefits, stepping up the building of the project remained and creating good environment in the building of TMIS are elaborated.
