摘要
通常认为,系统试压与分段试压只是方法不同,结果一致。事实上,试压作为检验管道安装质量的一种手段,结果就不一定了。本文结合工程实例,着重在理论上进行分析、讨论,得出“分段试压合格,系统试压必定合格;系统试压合格,分段试压不一定合格”的结论。
pressure fests of the whole water main system and its sections are generally considered as two different ways test to reach similiar results. In practice, however, the two types of pressure test, as a means of pipeline quality inspection, may not necessarily get the same answer, with examples of projects, the author makes a theoretical analysis on this problem and concludes that a qualified section presssure test will certainly result in a qualified system pressure test while a qualified system pressure test may not necessarily lead to a qualified section pressure test.
