摘要
根据汽车离合器拉式膜片弹簧载荷-变形特性和应力-变形特性,考虑各种约束条件,建立了各种优化设计数学模型,并通过设计实例进行了综合分析,其结论对拉式膜片弹簧优化设计的合理建模具有重要意义。
With the characteristics of loading- deflection and strecs- deflection analyzed in details and all constrain conditions considered,optimal design mathematical models for pull-type diaphragm spring have been established.The test results have showed that it has useful in optimal modeling by comprehensive analysis of the design example.
