以 13x分子筛为吸附剂 ,在中试装置上对某催化裂化汽油的全馏分和重馏分 (90℃以上 )进行了脱硫工艺研究 ,得到了重馏分适宜的吸附脱硫条件 :吸脱附床层温度 170~ 190℃ ,吸附空速 0 .5~ 1.5h- 1 ,脱附空速 1.0~ 1.5h- 1 ,筛油比 2 .0~ 4.0 ,筛汽比 1.0~ 3 .0。对硫含量为 12 2 0 μg/g的汽油全馏分的重馏分进行精制后与未经精制的轻馏分 (90℃以下 )混兑 ,可得到硫含量低于 5 0 0
Study on desulfurization of total distillates and heavy distillates(>90℃) from a kind of FCC gasoline with 13x molecular sieve as adsorbent has been carried out on laboratory pilot plant and following suitable desulfurization conditions obtained,the temperature of adsorption and desorption beds 170~190℃,desorption space velocity 0.5~1.5 h -1 ,desorption space velocity 1.0~1.5 h -1 ,catalyst/oil ratio 2.0~4.0 and catalyst/vapor ratio 1.0~3.0.For full range gasoline distillates with sulfur content 1220 μg/g,the product gasoline with less than 500 μg/g sulfur can be obtained by blending refined heavy distillates with unrefined light distillates.
