摘要
通过使用印刷电路板预电离小TEACO2 激光器 ,研究了预电离过程中两种照射模式———照射阳极模式和照射阴极模式下 ,激光器注入能量和输出能量的关系。实验得出 ,在印刷电路板预电离小TEACO2 激光器中 ,两种照射模式的注入与输出曲线基本吻合 ,而照射阳极模式下印刷电路板预电离小TEACO2 激光器更具有潜力。
In a mini TEA CO 2 laser using printed circuitboard preionization,the relation between input energy and output energy is studied with two different irradiation styles,consisting of the irradiating anode style and the irradiating cathode style,in preionization process.It has been experimentally demonstrated that the two output energy via input energy curves basically match with these two irradiation styles,but the mini TEA CO 2 laser using printed circuit board preionization has more potential with the irradiating anode style.
