摘要
目的 :探讨青光眼患者小梁切除术术后影响视力的因素。方法 :回顾分析 5 9例 74只眼青光眼患者实施小梁切除术对视力的直接影响诸因素。并对视力较术前降低者展开讨论。结果 :术后视力改变程度 :5 9只眼 (79 76 % )不变和提高 ;15只眼 (2 0 2 4% )降低。视力下降者年龄≤ 6 0岁者占 2 6 7% ,>6 0岁者占 73 3%。引起视力下降是综合因素 ,诸如 :瞳孔散大 ,晶状体混浊加重 ,晶状体前囊色素附丽 ,前房出血等。结论 :各类青光眼中慢性闭角型及老年伴有全身性疾病者手术后更具有发生视力下降的可能性 。
Objective:To investigate the factors affection the visual acuity of glaucoma patients after trabeculectomy.Methods:59 patients(74 eyes)with glaucoma treated with trabeculectomy were reviewed retrospectively,especially about the causes of postoperative decreased vision.Results:Postoperative visions were decreased in 15 eyes(20 24%).4 patients were younger than 60 years(26 7%)and 11 patients older than 60 years(73 3%).The factors causing decrease of vision were various:dilated pupil,increased lens opacity,adherence of pigments on anterior lens capsule and hyphema,etc.Conclusion:Patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma and aged patients with systemic disorders may have decrease of vision postoperatively,caused by various factors,
