摘要
讨论大型曲面形状激光自动测量系统的原理。其基本思想是让非接触光电测头与被扫描测量的曲面始终保持一个恒定的 Z方向距离 ,使测头的扫描轨迹即为被测曲面形状。给出该系统的完整组成 ,并用系统对一个 1∶ 5轿车车身的油泥模型进行实测 ,证明系统能在 1 2 0 0 mm的长度内达到± 0 .0 8mm的测量精度 ,其测量时间为 1 0 min。
The principle of the automatic measuring system by laser for LCSS(Large-scale Curved Surface Shapes) has been discussed.The basic idea is that the distance between a non-touched photoelectric measuring probe and a measured LCSS will be controlled to keep constant in z direction all along. Hence, the scanning path of the measuring probe means the shape of the measured LCSS. The complete component of this measuring system has been given. By this auto-measuring system, a car clay model (on the scale of one-fifth) has been measured.The measuring error of ±0.08mm over a 1200mm range is achieved and the measuring time of 10 minutes for a cross section of the model is achieved,is taken.
