摘要
对一种新型磁力金属带传动中金属带的受力、弹性滑动及其对传动性能的影响等进行了较为详细的分析 ,揭示了金属带的弹性滑动率随传动功率、传动比、初张力和磁感应强度的变化规律 ,并对其进行了数值模拟。结果表明 ,同普通带传动相比 ,磁力金属带传动的弹性滑动率仅为 0 0 2 %~ 0 0 5 % ,传动性能得到一定程度的改善 ,传动功率大 ,弹性滑动小 ,传动准确性好 ,传动效率高。
The forces acted on the metal belt, the elastic creep and its influences on transmission ratio and efficiency of a new magnetic metal belt transmission are discussed. The change laws of elastic creep ratio of metal belt with transmission power, transmission ratio, initial tension and magnetic induction density are revealed, and the numerical simulation of the creep ratio is carried out. The results show that the elastic creep ratio of the magnetic metal belt transmission is only form 0 02% to 0 05%, so its transmission performance is improved to some degree, compared with the general belt transmission. The power of magnetic metal belt transmission is greater, the elastic creep ratio is less, the transmission efficiency is higher, and the transmission veracity is better than that of the general belt transmission.
