摘要
介绍了制备纳米级MnO2、Ni(OH)2、LiCoO2、碳纳米管等电池材料的方法和国内外研究、市场概况;综述了这些纳米材料对电池性能的影响;讨论了纳米级电池活性材料存在的问题及发展前景。纳米级电极材料由于比表面积大,可减小电极极化,提高电池容量;与普通材料以适当比例混用时,可产生混配效应,电池性能获得显著改善。
: Manufacture method for nanophase active materials for battery,such as nm-MnO2,nm-Ni(OH)2,nm-LiCoO2,Carbon nanotubes,etal.,were introduced,as well as their research progress and market situation.The effects of nanophase materials on the electrochemical performance of battery were summarizeded.The question of nanophase active materials and its development prospects were discussed too.Because of its big specific surface area,nanophase materials can minish electrode polarization,improve battery capacity.And while mixing with common materials by certain proportion,it can bring mixing effect and improve battery capacity greatly.
