摘要
变电站自动化系统中 ,远动系统的功能是随着电力系统调度自动化的需要而不断扩展的。远程维护是为了使调度控制中心可以实现对变电站内RTU的远程拨号、参数下传等维护功能。实现远程维护需要通过数据通信设备 (DCE)—MODEM进行 ,这就要求对与MODEM通信相关的知识有相当程度的了解。在简单介绍了MODEM的基本原理、Hayes标准、通用异步接收发送器 (UART)后 ,以DOS环境下的MODEM通信功能实现为例 ,阐述了在远动系统中实现远程维护功能的关键技术。
According to the requirement of dispatch automation in power system, the function of remote terminal units in substation automatic system is continually extended. It is the target of remote maintenance that the dispatch control center can dial and transfer parameters to RTU in substation. For remote maintenance, a sort of data communication equipment, MODEM, is necessarily introduced. After simply introducing some knowledge about the fundamental principle of MODEM, Hayes standard and universal asynchronous transceiver(UART), this paper further discusses some important technology under DOS operation system to achieve remote maintenance in the remote terminal system.
