摘要
在pH≤ 1.0时 ,硅灰石与盐酸属快速反应 ,其反应模式是 :反应体系中硅溶胶与水合SiO2沉淀共存 ,大部分SiO2 沉淀颗粒形态不规则 ,仍存在少量具有慢速反应特征的短柱状多孔颗粒。反应结束时体系中含硅溶胶浓度比例较高的条件是 :反应pH值为 0 3~ 0 6 ,无机助剂w(NH4 Cl) =2 % ,反应时间为 40min ,反应温度为 5 0~ 6
Wollastonite and hydrochloric acid bring about high speed reaction when pH≤1 0.The high speed reaction model is that the state of SiO 2 in the system can be taken apart into two parts,sediment and Ludox.Most of the sediment granules are irregular,but there exist some porous scapuses with slow reaction characteristic.Conditons for higher Ludox content of the end of reaction are pH=0 3-0 6, w (NH 4Cl)=2%,reaction time 40 min and reaction temperature 50-60 ℃.
