摘要
以普通陶土为原料制成4mm球 ,干燥后于 80 0℃焙烧 1h ,即得载体陶瓷球。液相沉积时溶液pH =1 8,m (TiO2 )∶m(陶瓷球 ) =1 5∶10 0 0 0 ,90℃水浴上蒸干水分 ,用 0 5mol/L硫酸浸泡 4h ,于 6 5 0℃活化 1h ,即制得陶瓷球负载TiO2 /SO4 2 -的BST型固体超强酸。
Ceramic balls of 4 mm diameter are made from common pottery clay.After being dried,they are roasted at 800 ℃ to form the ball carrier.The optimum conditions of liquid phase precipitation are achieved:pH 1 8, m (TiO\-2)∶ m (the balls)=1 5∶1000,water evaporated on the water bath at 90 ℃.Then the balls are soaked in 0 5 mol/L H 2SO 4 for 4 h, and roasted at 650 ℃for 1 h to form the BST solid superacid,in which TiO\-2/SO 4 2- is carried on the ceramic ball.
