摘要
本文研究了热处理工艺对LM2钢(65Cr5Mo3W2VSiTi钢)超塑性的影响。在1030℃下两次循环淬火是实现LM2钢超塑性的最佳热处理工艺;按此工艺进行预处理后,在830℃、初始应变速率7.8×10^(-4)s^(-1)的条件下,该钢的超塑延伸率可达247%。
The influence of heat treatment on the superplasticity of LM2 (65CrSMo3W2VSiTi) steel was studied. The result showed that the circular quenching in twice, quenching at 1030℃ (T_1)+tempering at 650℃+quenching at 1030℃ (T_2)+tempering at 200℃, is the optimum process to obtain the superplasticity for LM2 steel. After treating with this process the superplastic elongation of this steel can reach 247% under the optimum condition of tensile test with ε=7.8×10^(-4)s^(-1)at 830℃.
