摘要
以聚丙烯酸丁酯 (PBA)及聚氯乙烯 (PVC)的共混物为成膜材料 ,四苯硼 盐酸普鲁卡因离子缔合物为电活性物 ,制备了盐酸普鲁卡因离子选择性电极 .该电极浓度的线性范围为 1 0× 10 - 1~2 5× 10 - 5mol/L ,斜率为 5 1 6mV ,检测限的浓度为 1 6× 10 - 5mol/L ,电极使用的适宜的 pH值范围为 4 5~ 6 5 ,与传统的使用低分子增塑剂的PVC膜电极相比 ,由于敏感膜中使用了玻璃化温度低、粘结性好的聚丙烯酸丁酯 ,可使增塑剂用量明显减少、敏感膜与固态基体间的粘结力增强及增塑剂的持久性延长 .因此 ,PBA PVC共混物有利于制备高性能的全固态化学传感器 ,其电极可用于盐酸普鲁卡因注射液的测定 .
A procaine ion selective electrode based on the blends of polybutyl acrylate (PBA) and poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) as membrane matrix and the ion pair of tetraphenylborate procaine as electroactive material has been developed. The electrode exhibits a linear response within the concentration range of 0 1~2.5×10 -5 mol/L, with a slope of 51 6 mV/dec and a limit of detection of 1 6×10 -5 mol/L. The electrode is suitable for use within the pH range of 4 5~6 5. Compared with the traditional PVC membrane electrode which is plasticized by general plasticizer, the amount of plasticizer needed is reduced, and the adhesion between sensitive membrane and solid matrix is strengthened, also endurance of plasticizer is protracted, because of the using of polybutyl acrylate. This work can result in elongated life of the electrode and be beneficial to the preparation of high quality all solid state chemical sensor. The electrode can be used to measure procaine hydrochloride injection fluid.
