生态环境对中国西部至关重要 ,保持生态平衡是西部开发的任务之一。我们不仅要把它作为一项产业政策 ,而且要实施无污染的产业政策。
Biology environment is very important to the western part of China.To keep the balance of biology is one of the jobs in the west of China We should not only regard this as an industrial policy,but carry out no-pullution industrial policy.
