摘要
知识产权保护制度旨在保护所有者的知识产权 ,同时促进构成这种产权的文献情报信息的充分公开和利用。图书馆工作人员必须学习、宣传知识产权的基本知识 ,提高广大读者的知识产权意识和认识水平 ,以更好地为教育、教学和科研服务 ,使图书馆工作在新世纪走上现代化。
The system of protecting intellectual property aims to protect property of its owners and at the same time, to make information of documents full open and a full use. Library workers must study and propagate the basic knowledge about intellectual property and increase readers' consciousness and understanding level. This can make libraries serve education, teaching and scientific research well, and can make library work step its way on modernization and legalization in the new century.
