摘要
介绍了现代物流业发展系统规划的一般方法。分别从系统概念设计、分析与预测、基础设施平台规划、信息平台规划、企业发展战略、物流政策环境以及物流人才工程等方面分析研究了规划中的主要内容和关键技术。结果表明这一研究对于进行现代物流业发展系统规划能够起到指导作用 。
The general method of modern logistics system develop planning is introduced. Its main content and the key technique are analyzed and studied from the aspects of the system conception designing,the analyzing and forcasting,the infrastructure system planning,the information system planning,the development tactics of the enterprise,the environment of logistics policy,and the qualified person engineering of the logistics,etc. The results show that this study can take an important instructional role for modern logistics system develop planning,and it has definite academic value and actual significance.
