骨制松质骨螺钉的生物力学性能实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨骨制松质骨螺钉的生物力学性能。方法:牙形角 50°螺钉为实验组,牙形角38°螺钉为对照组。分别对骨制松质骨螺钉的抗拔力、抗扭转力、界面应力进行实验研究和摩擦系数、应变能密度因子等进行力学分析。结果:研制的方头骨螺钉(牙形角50°)与一字槽骨螺钉(牙形角38°)有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:大角度螺纹角抗损伤能力强,方头骨螺钉与周围松质骨组织嵌合紧密,是关节内骨折的有效内固定物。 Object: To study the biomechanical properties on the boned concellous screw. Metheds: Designed square- headed bony screw with thread of large angle 50 (test group) and the notch-headed boned screw with thread of small angle 38 (control group)were taken. Holding-force , Torsion -force. Interface -bonding-strength. Friction - coefficient and Strain -energy -density -factor were measured and mechanic analysised. Result: There was significant difference between test group and control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: The thread with large angle50 has more anti-destroy capacity. The square-headed bony screw toughly attaches to the peripheral woven bone, which is a effective fixator for interarticuiar fracture.
