摘要
目的了解 Wilson 氏病肝移植治疗后各临床指标的变化。方法首先对 Wilson 氏病病人采用药物治疗(青霉胺)3～18个月,后采用肝移植治疗,观察两种治疗后血清铜,铜蓝蛋白及神经系统症状、体征变化。结果发现化疗只能使部分病人病情稳定,血清铜及铜蓝蛋白无变化或继续下降,而肝移植治疗 Wilson 氏病后各临床指标有明显变化。结论肝移植是治疗 Wilson 氏病一种优选方法。
Objective To observe the changes in clinical parameters after liver transplantation for treat- ment of Wilson's disease.Methods After the patients with Wilson's disease had been treated with penicillamine for 3 months,they were operated on with liver transplantation.Then the changes in levels of serum copper and copper-protein as well as symptoms of the nervous system were observed.Results Chemotherapy only stabilized some of the patients.The levels of serum copper and copper-protein remained unchanged or went on decreasing. However,the above measurements were significantly improved after liver transplantation.Conclusion Liver transplantation is better than chemotherapy in treatment of Wilson's disease.
