摘要
后发优势是经济落后的后发展国家在推动工业化进程中所拥有的由后发展国地位所致的特殊优势 ,这种优势往往与劣势并存。后发展国家在新的形势下 ,在选择发展战略时 ,既要注重充分发挥后发优势 ,更要注意扬利抑弊。
Advantage of backwardness is a kind of special advantage when an economic backward country has it own later developing position.This advantage always exists with its disadvantage.In the new situation,the later developing country must pay great attention both to its advantage and its disadvantage.
