摘要
本文依据自 1982年至 1999年中国资本外逃规模的估算数据 ,重点对影响中国资本外逃的因素进行了定量分析 ,指出人民币汇率及人民币存款利率水平对资本流动具有重要影响 ,并据此提出了初步的对策。
This text analyzes the concerned factors of China's capital flight in a positive way based on the estimated data from 1982 to 1999. The author points out that RMB interest of deposit and exchange rate of RMB are of important effect on capital flight. And then we make the suggestions to capital flight in China.
