摘要
结合某一具有代表性的不对称房屋建筑的抗震鉴定与加固实际 ,分析了对于质量分布和刚度分布偏离较大建筑物的抗震鉴定、抗震加固方案选择因素和在不影响房屋使用功能的前提下减小偏心降低结构扭转效应、增强房屋整体抗震性能、提高薄弱环节与应力集中区域变形能力的加固方法与构造措施。
Taking anti?seismic identification and strengtheni ng of an asymmetric building as an example, the writer makes a further analysis on buildings whose q uality distribution and rigidity distribution have a big bias ratio. The content s include anti?seismic identification, factors of anti?seismic strengthening pla n selection, reduction of eccentricity and structural torsion effect but not inf luencing building using function, as well as the strengthening methods and struc tural measures for the improvement of the weak section and the transformation ca pacity of the stress concentration section.
