摘要
本文针对北方干旱或半干旱地区的水库在汛期由于汛限水位的限制有水不能蓄、汛后又蓄不上水的矛盾 。
In this paper,in the light of the contradiction that the water dare not to be stored in flood season when it comes,ans the water is again not able to be stored in non flood season when it does not come in arid and semiarid area,which is caused by the limit of the warning water level,the problem on how to rationally operate reservoir in flood season with the fuzzy set analysis theory is discussed.
