摘要
东方学是以二元对立论的思维方式和本质主义为基础的权力话语。东方世界也存在这种思维方式和本质主义 ,与西方优势文化遭遇时则产生了西方学。西方学有其东方的本土结构 ,它与东方学共同建构了统治全球的文化霸权 。
Orientalism is an authoritative discourse based on dualism of opposites and essentialism, which also exists in the Occident. Occidentalism has came into being since encountering the Occident culture of superiority. Occidentalism is featured by its native structure, and is integrated with Orientalism, which constructs a cultural hegemony to govern the earth. To escape from their slavery, enlightenment and liberation is needed.
