敢讲是演讲成功的前提 ,有讲是演讲成功的关键 ,善讲是演讲成功的保证 。
Daring to speak is the presupposition to the success in speaking; having something to speak is the key to the success in speaking; and being good at speaking is the guarantee of the success in speaking. The three laws link together and compose the basic system of success in speaking.
