摘要
20世纪 90年代中期以来 ,国际恐怖主义呈现出新的趋势 ,由此产生新恐怖主义的提法。新恐怖主义在方法、手段、范围、目标、动机、目的等方面 ,具有不同以往的特征。
Since the Mid 199os, a new trend has developed with international terrorism, Then people call it Neo Terrorism. It is quite different from the old terrorism in terms of its ways, means, scope, target, motive, and aim, etc.
