摘要
本文应用放免法和火箭电泳法对32例45岁～55岁女性闭经者和82例同年龄月经正常者进行了血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ、B和雌二醇的测定。结果表明,2组间差异显著。我们认为,生理剂量的雌二醇可以提高载脂蛋白A-Ⅰ的含量,降低载脂蛋白B的含量。
The amount of estradiol (E_2), total cholesterol(TC), triglycerids (TG), apolipoprotein A-1 (apoA-Ⅰ) and apolipoprotein B (apoB) in serum from 32 Postmenopousal women and 82 women of the same age with normal menses cycle were measured by radioimmunoassay and rocket immunoelcctrophoresis and one was compared with another. The results showed that the levels of apoA-Ⅰ, apoB and the levels of estradiol in serum were significantly different from each other (P<0.0001). But there were no statistical differences in TC and TG between two groups, The linear correlation and multifactorial regression analysis demonstrated that E_2 showed a positive correlation on apoA-Ⅰ, and a negative correlation on apoB. It indicated that the physiological concentration of estradiol may increase the concentration of apoA-Ⅰ, and decrease the levels of apoB in serum.
