摘要
禾谷丝核菌 (RhizoctoniacerealisVanderHoeven)菌株对小麦的致病性测定结果表明 ,3个菌株的致病力存在显著差异。小麦品种和禾谷丝核菌菌株间存在显著的相互作用 ,在两个感病品种“苏麦 3号”、“宁麦 6号”和R7、R4 6 两个强致病力菌株间 ,这种相互作用尤为明显。禾谷丝核菌在马铃薯蔗糖培养液中产生的次生代谢物种类多 ,产量高。试验明确了进行禾谷丝核菌次生代谢物分析的最佳液相色谱条件。液相色谱和气质联用的结果显示 ,致病力不同的 3个菌株间 ,次生代谢物的构成上有差异 ,呋喃甲酸和苯甲酸衍生物的产量在菌株间差异最大。禾谷丝核菌的酸性粗提物具一定的生物活性 ,在高浓度和低浓度下的作用相反。禾谷丝核菌的次生代谢物处理后 ,小麦组织的电导率与对照 (未处理 )没有差异 。
The virulence of three isolates of Rhizoctonia cerealis Vander Hoeven from Jiangsu province to wheat varieties differed significantly.Obviously interactions between wheat varieties and the isolates were observed especially between two susceptible wheat varieties'Sumai 3','Ningmai 6' and two isolates R 7,R 46 .Many kinds of secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia cerealis with high yield were produced in (potato+sucrose)liquid culture medium.The best condition for analyzing such secondary metabolites by liquid chromatography was made clear.There existed difference in the constitution of secondary metabolites among three isolates,especially in the yield of furoic acid and derivative of benzoic acid.The secondary metabolites of Rhizoctonia cerealis had certain bioactivities,which acted oppositely at high and low concentration.The electric conductivity of wheat tissue with secondary metabolites treated was the same as that without treatment,which proved that secondary metabolites might have no damage to cell membrane.
