摘要
介绍一种自动激光全息无损检测系统。该系统由计算机控制自动曝光,并对全息干版进行自动冲洗和对测量数据进行处理,解决了一次曝光激光全息实时检测中全息干版无法精确复位的问题。计算机控制真空加载,缺陷大小及位置由计算机打印输出,一次最大测量面积为05m×12m,最小分辨缺陷尺寸为3mm。
An automatic laser holography non destruetive testing(NDT)system is described in this paper.The computer is employed to control exposure,develop the exposed plate,process the measured data and control the vacuum load process.The problem of return position in real time laser holography test has been solved.The size and position of defects are printed by computer after processing.The maximum area measured at a time is 0.5m×1 2m.The minimum size of defect which can be distinguished is 3mm
