摘要
简要阐述高精度光学中心偏测量仪主要技术指标，即仪器基准轴运动误差、测微目镜示值误差、测量系统倍率误差和角偏心测量误差的检测原理，最后给出计算实例。
A brief description is given for the main technical indices of a high accurate optical off centre measurement instrument, such as moving errors of reference shaft of instrument, indicating value error of micrometer ocular, amplifying power error and angle off centre measurement error of the measurement system and their checking principles. Finally calculation examples are given out.
