摘要
江泽民同志在全国宣传部长会议上提出的“以德治国”思想,有着深厚的理论基础,是依据我国社会主义现代化建设不断发展的实践而作出的重大决策。结合天津实际,积极贯彻并坚持不懈地抓,就一定能把我市精神文明建设不断引向深入,就一定能把“以德治国”的基本方略落到实处。
The thought of“Managing state affairs with morality”,brought forward by Comrade Jiang Zemin on the national working conference of ministers in propaganda,has its profound theoretical foundation.This thought as an important decision is made with our country's practice of incessant development in socialism modernization eonstrnction.Integrating with Tianjin's praetiee,and actively following out the“Three Representative”thinking unremittingly,Tianjin's construction of spiritual civilization will by all means go into depth,and the fundamental strategy of“managing state affairs with morality”will fall on the spot and the practice.
