摘要
针对政府机关的实际需求，结合电子政务和办公自动化的要求，综合考虑Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ／Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ应用技术以及应用上的功能划分等，阐述了对政府机关网络系统进行整体设计和研究的基本过程。
This paper is about to aim at consider the actual requirement that the electronic government and the office automation in the government agency, combine with Internet/Intranet's technique and the partition applied function，etc, and then expatiate network system of the government agency has whole devised through basis process that the administration mechanism network system is researched.
