摘要
提出并研究了一种小型压电式振动给料器的智能化驱动电源 ,可以在一定范围内输出多种频率及振幅的正弦波 ,从而可以不必对振动给料器的固有频率提出苛求。该电源具有软件启动、软件停止处理、常用工作参数存储与调用等功能且实现了反馈控制 ,能够对压电式振动给料器的振动频率以及物料传输速度进行控制 。
In this paper,a intelligent driving electrical source of small piezoelectric resonance-conveying machine is given,which can produce sine waves of multiform frequencies and amplitudes,as a result it is not necessary to bring forward exigencies with free frequency of resonance conveying machine.The electrical source is provided with software start up,software stopping,saving and loading of parameters and data in common use and so on,and realizes feed back control,which can dominate vibrant frequency and speed of material conveyed by the piezoelectric resonance conveying machine.It can meet need of users better.
