摘要
在国家创新体系的框架内,分析科研机构创新的背景、创新内容及其信息需求以及科研机构创新信息需求的特点和影响因素,提出科研机构满足自身创新信息需求的基本策略。
In this paper, the background, content of research institutes' innovation and its information demand are analyzed within the framework of National Innovation System. The basic strategies for research institutes to meet their information demand are put forward after a discussion on the characteristics and affecting factors of them.
