摘要
本文从经济学和法学等多学科角度 ,讨论医疗服务和医疗消费的特殊性 ,分析医患关系的实质与特征 ,提出我国现实条件下正确处理医患关系与医疗纠纷的依据与原则。
This paper discussed the specialization of medical service and medical consumption, the nature and characteristics of the relationship between doctors and patients from multi-disciplinary points of view such as economics and law. The principles to cope with relationship between doctors and patients and medical disputes correctly at present conditions in our country were offered.
