摘要
目的 :探讨子宫肉瘤的超声声像图及彩色多普勒血流特点。材料和方法 :分析 1996 0 1～ 2 0 0 0 0 8本院手术的子宫肉瘤患者 2 1例 ,并与 2 0 0 0 0 3～ 2 0 0 0 0 8本院手术的子子宫肌瘤患者 10 6例比较。结果 :子宫肉瘤回声较紊乱 ,与子宫肌层分界不清 ,肿瘤表面及内部的血流阻力较低。结论 :超声检查发现子宫肿瘤回声较紊乱 ,边界不清 ,血供较丰富时 。
Purpose: To assess the diagnostic features of Doppler ultrasound in uterus sarcoma. Materials and Methods: 21 cases of uterus sarcoma were studied with ultrasound, and compared with 106 cases of uterus myoma. Results: The echo of uterus sarcoma was found disturbed with no clear separation with that of surrounding tissue of uterus. The resistance of blood flow inside uterus sarcoma was lower. Conclusion: Disturbed echo and low resistance of blood flow suggested uterus sarcoma.
