摘要
目的 探讨激光对突发性聋的疗效。方法 对 2 6 6例突发性聋患者用低强度He Ne激光血管内照射与常规药物治疗 ,并进行疗效分析。结果 各治疗组间疗效差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且激光治疗组总有效率为 82 %。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of intravascular low level laser therapy (ILLLT) for patient with sudden deafness. Methods 266 patients with sudden deafness were treated with intravascular He Ne laser irradiation or routine medicines . The 266 cases were devided into five groups: 50 patients in groupⅠreceived ILLLT and basic solution, ATP+Coenzyme A +Vit.C, 42 cases in group Ⅱ received ILLLT plus dextran and vasodilatating drugs, 41 cases in group Ⅲ received dexamethasone and basic solution, 45 patients in group Ⅳ had dextran+iron treatment+basic solution, and 88 cases in group Ⅴ received Arvin and basic solution. Results There were significantly statistically different among those groups (P<0 05) with the best result (total effective rate 82 0%) in the group Ⅰ, versus 59 5%, 48 8%, 77 8%, and 59 1% in the group Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ, respectively. Conclusion Our findings indicate that intravascular He Ne laser irradiation may be an effective, simple and economic method with minimal trauma in the treatment of sudden deafness and worthy for further investigation.
