摘要
目的 :探索TGFβ1及TGFβRI在韧带愈合过程中的作用机制。方法 :应用大白鼠膝MCL损伤模型 ,通过免疫组化的方法 ,研究TGFβ1及TGFβRI在韧带愈合过程中的表达特点。结果 :TGFβ1及TGFβRI的表达具有一定的规律性 ;表达主要分布于成纤维细胞和血管内皮细胞中 ,呈带状分布 ,越靠韧带断端 ,表达越丰富 ,表达高峰期在伤后 9d ,其中TGFβ1的峰值较TGFβRI略早些 ,表达强度的下降也更快。结论 :韧带愈合过程中TGFβ1及TGFβRI的规律性变化与韧带关系密切 ,TGFβ1对韧带愈合具有调节作用 ,结合其变化规律 ,合理应用外源性的TGFβ1可能促进韧带愈合。
Objective:To study the action of TGFβ 1and TGF β RI on healing of ligament.Methods:We have used an injured model of medical collateral ligament of rats to identify the expression and distribution of TGFβ 1and TGF β RI during ligament healing.Results:It showed the fibroblasts and endothelial cells of blood vessels were strongly stained in this immunohistochemical localization during the repairing process of ligament.The summit of endogenous TGFβ1 and TGF β RI expression was on the 9th day after injury.The expression was decreased significantly when the healing process finished.Conclusions:It was suggested that the endogenous TGFβ 1 may promots ligament healing,which may be one of the mechanism of ligament healing.Rational use of external TGF β 1 will achieve better results of ligament healing.
