摘要
介绍了解决我国某小型航空发动机组合压气机试验件转子动力学问题的理论与试验研究。在对轴系临界转速特性计算分析后,将转子原前、后两支承均改造成弹性支承加挤压油膜阻尼器(简称双阻尼弹性支承),并将阻尼器设计成非惯例的结构形式,终于排除了原试验件的振动故障,运行稳定。
Rotor dynamics of a high speed compound compressor in a small aeroengine was investigated analytically and experimentally.According to numerical analysis of its critical speed characteristics,both front and rear supports were transformed into spring supports with oil film dampers.As a results,the vibration troubles were eliminated and the compressor ran steadily.
