油菜库器官分化发育期剪叶对源库关系的影响 被引量:11

摘要 于油菜库器官分化发育不同时期进行剪叶处理 ,研究源供应强度对库器官分化形成和物质生产的影响及其互作关系 ,主要结果如下 :1)剪叶使后期既作为库器官又是主要源器官的角果数目减少 ,从而使总干物质生产量剧降 .2 )剪叶后 ,结实期间的净同化率随库源比升高而增加 ,茎秆和叶中的总糖、可溶性糖含量下降 ,开花前差异较明显 ,开花后差距缩小 .3)剪叶处理对角果皮叶绿素含量和过氧化氢酶活性无明显的规律性影响 ,果柄的过氧化氢酶活性于角果形成初期趋于增加 ,中后期无明显差异 .4)在籽粒充实前期 ,角果皮同化物向籽粒的运输强度以剪叶处理者为大 ,随籽粒发育差异缩小 ,后期则有低于 CK的趋势 .5 )剪叶后 ,单株角果数急剧下降 ,每果粒数减少 ,且无叶片时结籽过程可能会产生某种障碍 . Effects of leaf-cutting on flower buds differentiation and formation and sink-source relationship were studied.The main results are as follows:1)After leaf-cutting, the number of pods which are main sink as well as source decreases,resulting in a drastic drop of dry matter production.2)NAR during seed-filling stage tends to increase because of higher sink/source ratio,and total sugar contents in stem and leaf decrease,especially before flowering.3)The chlorophyll contents and catalase activities change irregularly by leaf-cutting, and catalase activities of pedical increase at the early stage of pod formation.4)Transport rate of photoassimilate from pericarp to seed is higher in leaf-cutting treatments during early stage of seed-filling,but lower than that of check at the late stage of seed-filling.5)After leaf-cutting, the number of pods per plant and seed number per pod decreases,and there exists some seed-setting barrier because of defoliation.
