摘要
在 pH4 5的HAc -NaAc介质中 ,铜和锌与双硫腙形成有色络合物 ,分别在 5 4 2nm和5 35nm处有最大吸收峰 ,使其相互干扰测定。本文采用多波长线性回归法对此混合液显色体系进行研究 ,在 5 30~ 5 5 0nm区间测定 11个选择波长的吸光度 ,使用程序计算器进行数据处理 ,可以同时测定铜和锌的含量 ,应用于植物样品 ,可以同时测定铜和锌的含量 ,样品 5次测定的相对标准偏差基本都小于 10 % ,线性回归的相关系数在 0
In a buffer medium of HAc-NaAc at pH4.5, copper and zinc react with diphenyl thiocarbazone to form colour complexes. The maximum absorptions of the two complexes occur at 542nm and 535nm, and Cu, Zn interfere mutually with determination. In this paper, the linear regression analysis for multiwavelength data was applied to the simultaneous spectrophotometric determination of Cu and Zn. The absorbance at 11 wavelengths was measured in the range of 530 to 550 nm, and the data were treat with a simple calulator. The method has been used for simultaneous determination of Cu and Zn in plants sample with satisfactory results. The relatve standard deviation of five determination for samples are basically less than 10%.
