摘要
目的 :对苯二氮类药物急性中毒患者进行快速的定性和定量分析。方法 :采用广谱药物分析系统 (REMEDiHS)分析了 2 34例疑为苯二氮类药物中毒患者的血液、尿液或胃液等 ;另外 ,还利用REMEDiHS对苯二氮类药物快速金标检测板的检测能力进行了评价。结果 :在被检测的2 34例患者中 ,实验确诊 173例为苯二氮类药物中毒 ,检测结果与临床完全吻合 ,确诊率达10 0 %。检测出的药物按频率高低排序 ,依次为艾司唑仑、地西泮、去甲西泮、阿普唑仑、氯氮、劳拉西泮、氯硝西泮、三唑仑和氟硝西泮 ;用金标检测板定性检测本类药物 ,结果有假阳性 (1/ 9)或假阴性 (3/ 4 5 )。结论 :REMEDiHS能较好地对苯二氮类药物进行快速的定性和定量分析 ,适合于本类药物中毒的诊断。苯二氮类药物金标检测板的检测结果对临床有一定的参考作用 。
ObjectiveTo analyze qualitatively and quantit ative ly benzodiazepines in patient~{!d~}s blood, urine and gastric specimens in order to diagnose whether the patients were poisoned.Methods:The spe cimens of 234 patients who were suspected of benzodiazepines poisoning were anal yzed by the REMEDi HS. A total of 54 urine specim ens were also examined with a rapid immunochromatography assay benzodiazepine k it. Results:Of the 234 patients,173 were diagnosed to have benzodia zepines poisoning by REMEDi HS,which was in accordance completely with clinical conditions. The drugs identified in order of frequency were estazolam,diazepam, nordazepam, alprazolam, clorazepate, lorazepam, clonazepam, triazolam and fluni trazepam.When immunochromatography assay was used, one(1/9) case was false posit ive and 3(3/45)were false negative. Conclusions:The results demonstr ated that the REMEDi HS is particularly useful for rapid analysis of drug concen trations in the samples from acute benzodiazepines poisoning patients. Immunochr omatography assay can rapidly detect qualitatively benzodiazepines,but there wer e false positive or false negative results in some cases.
