摘要
陈以平教授以辨病与辨证相结合治疗狼疮性肾炎,认为本病以本虚标实为辨证特点,临床以扶正祛邪兼顾为治则,辨证分为热毒炽盛、脾肾两虚、阴虚内热、气虚血瘀4型,分别治以清热凉血、温补脾肾、养阴清热、益气活血。
Prof.Chen combined the differentiation syndrome of TCM with the differential diagnosis of disease for the treatment of lupus nephritis(LN).She considered that primary deficiency and secondary excess is the characteristic of syndrome differentiation of LN.Clinically,supporting healthy-qi and expelling pathogenic factor were employed as the therapeutic principles.The syndromes were differentiated as domination of virulent heat,deficiency of spleen and kidney,interior heat due to yin deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis,and treated by clearing heat and cooling blood,invigorating and warming spleen and kidney,nourishing yin and clearing heat and benefiting qi and activating blood circulation respectively.
