摘要
探讨血透相关性低血压的中医辨证治疗策略。在低血压早期,辨证为气阴两虚证,治以益气养阴,用生脉注射液或丽参注射液;在低血压晚期,辨证为气随液脱之证,治以益气固脱,用参附注射液。中医辨证治疗较常规静脉推注高渗糖等疗效显著,对提高患者心血管功能稳定性有良好的疗效。
The treatment of hemodialysis-induced hypotension based on TCM syndrome differentiation was explored.In the early stage of hypotension,it is differentiated as syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood and treated by benefiting qi and nourishing yin,and Shengmai Injection of Lishen Injection is applied.In the late stage,it is differentiated as syndrome of body-fluid consumption with qi exhaustion and treated by benefiting qi and dealing with collapse,and Shenfu Injection is applied.The curative effect of such TCM treatments was superior than routine intravenous injection of hypertonic glucose solution and showed a good effect on promoting the stability of cardiovascular function.
