摘要
目的 分析四川省结核病归口管理工作现状 ,评价实施结核病归口管理的效果。方法 检查全省结核病归口管理实施情况 ,比较结核病归口管理实施前后全省肺结核病人登记管理。结果 实施结核病归口管理后 ,全省肺结核病人登记管理质量明显提高。结论 采取有效措施 。
Objective To analyse the situation of convergence case-managemant of TB and toevalute the effect of conducting convergence case-management of TB.Methods To investigate the situation of convergence case-management of TB in all province,comparing the situation of case-registration and case-managemant of TB befor and after conducting convergence case-management.Results After conduting convergence case-management of TB,it is increased that new case registration rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis and cure rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis.Conclusions Take some effective measures to standardize the case-management of TB.
