摘要
介绍了热轧车间浊环水因含有润滑油脂、氧化铁皮、泥砂等杂质,如采用传统的三段式处理工艺,除油效果差,长期运行易堵塞管道、冷却塔、过滤器等设备．现采用新型的二段式水处理工艺,应用高效磁混凝沉淀、化学除油等技术,简化了处理流程,具有投资省、占地小、管理维修方便等优点,并通过生产实践运行取得了良好的处理效果,满足了用户对水质的要求．
This thesis introduces that turbid circulating water in hot - rolled workshop contains impurity such as grease lubricant, oxidized iron sheet and silt etc. and the traditional three-stage water treatment process always fails to remove the oil efficiently, so the pipe, cooling tower and filter tend to be blocked up after long-time operation. The application of newly developed two-stage water treatment process and the techniques such as high-efficiency magnetic concrete precipitation and chemical oil removing in simplifies the treatment process and brings the advantages of less investment, space-saving and convenient management and maintenance. The good results in water treatment have been obtained through practical production and the users' requirements for water quality have been satisfied.
