摘要
为了强化企业物资管理 ,济钢在“集中一贯制”管理体系的基础上 ,引入“比价采购管理经验”,按照“建立一个体制 ,完善两级考核 ,实现三个转变 ,狠抓三个落实 ,突出五个要素 ,形成八大管理环节为主的全过程管理体系”的思路 ,建立了较为系统的材料管理新体系 ,大幅度降低了材料采购成本 。
For strengthening the handing of goods and materials in enterprise,based on “centralism consistent system”administrating system,Jinan iron and steel group leads into “double price purchasing administrating experience”,according to the thinking of the whole process administrating system taking building a system,improving checking for double levels,realizing three changes,vigorously promoting three implementing,stressing five key elements and forming eight big adminis trating links as the dominant factor,Jinan iron and steel group builds comparatively systematic and new system of material handing,the purchasing cost of materials is decreased by a big margin,the administrating level of materials is increased.
