摘要
本文首次提出了一种新型复合式星形耦合器。这种复合式星形耦合器既适用于单纤双向 WDM系统 ,也适用于单纤单向 WDM系统 ;它不但使得耦合器所能提供的端口数成倍增长 ,而且由其构成的 WDM星形网具有极大地组网灵活性 ,能方便、平滑地实现网络的在线扩容、升级 ,可有效地解决 WDM星形单跳网的网络容量受限问题 ,提高网络的性能价格比。文章首先论述了复合式星形耦合器的结构 ;其次分析了它的性能 ;然后对其结构中功率分路器的分配比进行了计算 ;
In this paper,a new type of complex star coupler is presented for the first time.This complex star coupler can be adapted to unidirectional and bidircetional WDM system.Notonly itcan provide double ports,but also the WDM star networks composed of the complex star couplers have the great flexibility of networking.Its capacities can be expanded conveniently and smoothly on line.So,the complex star couplers can efficiently solve the capacity problem of WDM star single- hop network and rise the property to price ratio of WDM star net- works.At first,its structure is introduced.Then,its features are analyzed.Moreover,the required distribution ratios of power splitters in it are computed.Finally,the required gain and power of optical amplifiers in it are computed.
